A Message from Gail

"What I do is remind people how to treat one another as individuals with the right to dignity and respect, not as objects or opportunities. I'm sure you believe in the need for this as much as I do. All we have to do is look at the news each day to verify this fact.

These are not concepts just for the workplace but for everywhere people interact with others, so the concepts can be practiced, internalized, and become lasting. How this type of can training benefit your organization is multifaceted. Better employee interactions, a sense of community, teamwork, and shared vision, better attitudes, improved relationships outside of the workplace, all of these impact the bottom line in terms of productivity, reduced turnover, and a renewed sense of trust which creates motivation.

You may have noticed that my mission is to bridge the gap between the spiritual and the bottom line. I thought it might be helpful to explain what this means.

Our personal dignity has to do with our true identity, which is spiritual. We are spiritual beings having a human experience. When we respect someone or ourselves we look past the human appearance to connect with the true identity of the other person. Our human behavior is something that must be continually adjusted. Our behavior has to do with our ability to translate our true nature into our day to day activities. Our human behavior is the bottom line.

If you already have the mindset that I promote within your organization and don't need my services, I congratulate you. If you see something here, however, that may add value or provide a needed perspective; I'd like to have the opportunity to work with you."
